A. Sutherland – AncientPages.com – This legend is devoted to Cadmus, who in Greek mythology was the legendary Phoenician hero, slayer of monsters and founder of Boeotian Thebe, husband of Harmony, and one of the five sons of King Agenor (“heroic, manly”) of Tyre.
